By purchasing any custom digital design created by DREAMY LAND CO you agree to the following terms:

• All custom designs are delivered as PNG files only.

• All files will be delivered as PNG files only and provided at 3000 × 3000 pixels in high resolution (300 DPI).• Designs are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Designs may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, gifted, traded, or transferred to any other person or business.
• You may not claim the design as your own work.
• Purchasing a custom design does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork/design.
• No part of the design may be edited, recreated, traced, or used to create similar products for resale.
• Files must remain with the original purchaser only.
• Unauthorized sharing, resale, reproduction, or commercial use may result in refusal of future orders and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
